If your size is out of stock we will tell you the waiting time, you may then choose to cancel. or wait a little longer.

We only use your details in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Information is collected to process your order. This includes:

Phone Number Size and colour of garment
Gender

We have a no quibble returns or replace policy. The garment needs to be unused and in original condition.

To post back to us – Turn our postal bag inside out. Print KC Sleepsuits address + postcode on new side. Enclose all original packaging.

Original invoice must be returned for a refund. NO REFUND WITHOUT INVOICE ENCLOSED.

Please post Royal Mail.-“Signed for” It is the most secure. If not then ask for a free “Proof of Posting” when paying for postage.
